Tata Tech: Record Date Set for ₹8.35 Final & ₹3.35 Special Dividend

Tata Technologies Ltd has fixed June 18, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholders' eligibility for the final dividend of ₹8.35 and a one-time special dividend of ₹3.35 per equity share of ₹2 each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The dividends, if approved at the AGM on June 26, 2026, will be paid on or after July 2, 2026, to beneficial owners and members holding shares in dematerialized and physical form, respectively, subject to tax deduction.
