Tata Technologies Board Meeting on July 17 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

Tata Technologies Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on July 17, 2026, to review and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The meeting will also include a review of the Limited Review Report from the auditors for the same period. Concurrently, the company has informed its designated persons about the closure of the trading window from June 24, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are declared, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
