Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd Appoints T. P. Ostwal & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors

Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd announced the appointment of M/s T. P. Ostwal & Associates LLP as its new Statutory Auditors. This appointment is recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors. The auditors will serve for a term of five consecutive years, from the conclusion of the 32nd AGM in 2027 until the conclusion of the 37th AGM in 2032, subject to shareholder and statutory approvals. The Board also approved the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, which received an unmodified limited review report from the outgoing auditors, M/s. Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP. Additionally, the Board approved an extension for the redemption of Redeemable Preference Shares until October 17, 2036, and appointed Mr. Kushalraj Sonigda as Senior Management Personnel.
