TBO Tek Board approves Q4 & FY26 Audited Financial Results

TBO Tek Limited's Board of Directors, at their meeting on May 28, 2026, approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board also approved the appointment of M/s. Grant Thornton Bharat LLP as the Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. Additionally, Mr. Ravindra Dhariwal, Mr. Rahul Bhatnagar, and Ms. Anuranjita Kumar were re-appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors for a second term, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
