TBO TEK Ltd Board Approves Unaudited Financial Results and Director Re-appointment

TBO TEK Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, following recommendations from the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Bhaskar Pramanik as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
