TBO Tek Shareholders Approve Re-appointment of 4 Independent Directors

TBO Tek Limited announced that its shareholders, at the 20th Annual General Meeting held on August 27, 2026, have approved the re-appointment of four Non-Executive Independent Directors. Mr. Ravindra Dhariwal and Mr. Bhaskar Pramanik have been re-appointed for terms ending September 10, 2027, and November 23, 2027, respectively. Mr. Rahul Bhatnagar and Ms. Anuranjita Kumar have been re-appointed for a second term of five years each, from November 24, 2026, to November 23, 2031. The company confirmed that these directors are not debarred from holding office by any SEBI order.
