TBO Tek: RTA KFin Technologies to change corporate office address

TBO Tek Ltd has announced that its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), KFin Technologies Limited, will be shifting its corporate office to a new location effective December 01, 2026. All future correspondence for the RTA's corporate office should be directed to the new address. The registered office of the RTA will remain unchanged. This change is being communicated as per Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations.
