TCI Express: Director Appointments & Re-appointments Approved

TCI Express Ltd's board meeting on May 27, 2026, approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. It re-appointed Mr. Chander Agarwal as Managing Director for five years from August 17, 2026, and Mr. Vineet Agarwal as Director. Mr. Pavan Kumar Munjuluri and Mr. Vikram Mehta were appointed as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors for five years. Mr. Soumya Ranjan Rout, IT-Head, was appointed as Senior Management Personnel. The board also approved a revised Nomination and Remuneration Policy and granted 46,200 stock options under ESOP 2016.
