Techknowgreen Solutions partners for Yuka Yantra air purification

Techknowgreen Solutions Limited (TSL) has entered into a Teaming Up Agreement (TUA) with Sri Sri Naisargik LLP (SSNL) on April 14, 2026. This strategic collaboration focuses on the deployment, promotion, and execution of the Yuka Yantra – Ambient Air Purification System and other environmental technologies. The partnership aims to address air pollution mitigation projects across India and international markets. Under the agreement, SSNL will serve as the Promotional Partner, responsible for market facilitation and stakeholder engagement, while TSL will act as the Technology Partner, handling design, engineering, deployment, and monitoring. The agreement includes a mutually decided base equipment price per Yuka Yantra unit and a defined revenue sharing mechanism.
