Nimesh Singh Acquires 72.15% Stake in Technojet Consultants

Nimesh Sahadeo Singh has acquired 1,44,293 equity shares, representing 72.15% of the total share capital, in Technojet Consultants Ltd. The acquisition was made through an off-market purchase on November 3rd, 2026, as per a share purchase agreement dated September 18th, 2026. This transaction triggers an open offer, and upon its successful completion, Mr. Singh will be classified as the Promoter of the company. The total equity share capital of Technojet Consultants Ltd before the acquisition was Rs. 20,00,000/- divided into 2,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
