Tejassvi Aaharam Appoints New MD and Directors, CFO Resigns

Tejassvi Aaharam Ltd announced significant management changes following a board meeting on September 7, 2026. Mr. Natarajan Prasanna has been appointed as the new Managing Director and Additional Director (Executive) for three years. The company also appointed Mr. Shreyas Raghav as Additional Director (Executive), Ms. Ramya as Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent), and Mr. Subramanian Neelakantan and Ms. Vijayalakshmi Rajesh and Ms. Aruna Subramaniam as Additional Directors (Non-Executive, Independent), all subject to shareholder approval. Concurrently, the board accepted the resignations of Independent Directors Mr. Chinnathambi Vinothkumar and Ms. Thangavelu Dhana Lakshmi, Non-Executive Non-Independent Director Mr. Sethuraman Dhilipkumar, and Chief Financial Officer Mr. Parameshwar Ramesh. Mr. Sridharan Santhoshkumar will retire by rotation and is not seeking re-appointment. M/s. Chitra Lalitha & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years.
