Tejassvi Aaharam Ltd Appoints Internal & Secretarial Auditors

Tejassvi Aaharam Ltd's Board of Directors, at a meeting held on April 29, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s. Chitra Lalitha & Associates, Practising Company Secretaries, Chennai, as Secretarial Auditors for the financial year 2025-26. Concurrently, the Board also appointed M/s. Darmesh & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Chennai, as Internal Auditors for the same financial year. Both appointments were made based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee and are in compliance with Sections 204 and 138 of the Companies Act, 2013, respectively. Chitra Lalitha & Associates brings over 27 years of experience in corporate law and secretarial services, while Darmesh & Associates specializes in accounting, auditing, and tax consultancy.
