Telge Global Inc. to Acquire 100% Stake in Wheaton Detailing Services

Telge Projects Ltd's material subsidiary, Telge Global Inc., has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) to acquire 100% of Wheaton Detailing Services, Inc. (WDS Inc.) for US $85,000. The acquisition is subject to conditions precedent. Telge Projects Ltd is not a direct party to the agreement, but upon completion, WDS Inc. will become a step-down subsidiary. The transaction aims to expand Telge Global Inc.'s business into structural steel detailing and design services in the USA.
