The company stated that these percentages were inadvertently stated incorrectly in the Notice and Corrigendum for the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) concerning a preferential issue of Convertible Warrants. The corrected details, including pre-preferential holding, number of securities to be allotted, and post-preferential shareholding percentages, have been provided. This clarification aims to ensure transparency and accuracy in disclosures related to the preferential issue. All other terms and conditions of the preferential issue remain unchanged.
