Terai Tea Company Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 13, 2026, approved the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The financial statements were prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standard 34 and reviewed by statutory auditors Saha & Majumder Chartered Accountants.
