Terraform Realstate Ltd Appoints Uday Kuverji Mota as Managing Director

Terraform Realstate Ltd has appointed Mr. Uday Kuverji Mota as the Managing Director of the company for a term of 5 years, subject to the approval of Members in the General Meeting. Mr. Mota, with 25 years of experience in the real estate field, was appointed based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration committee. He is not debarred from holding the office of Director pursuant to any SEBI Order or any other such authority.
