Avani Shailesh Mehta, a promoter of Texel Industries Limited, has disclosed the acquisition of 5,22,875 equity shares. This acquisition occurred through the conversion of warrants and a preferential issue. Prior to this, Avani Mehta held 275,059 shares, representing 1.85% of the total share capital. Post-acquisition, her total holding increased to 7,73,934 shares, constituting 5.49% of the expanded share capital. The acquisition was completed through multiple tranches between April 13-16, 2026.
