HMA Agro Industries: Promoter group gift of 4.25 Cr shares

Mohammad Kamil Qureshi, a member of the promoter group of HMA Agro Industries Limited, has acquired 4,25,75,347 equity shares through a gift from Wajid Ahmed, also a promoter group member. This transaction represents 8.50% of the company's total share capital. The acquisition was made via inter-se transfer within the promoter group. Following this transaction, Mohammad Kamil Qureshi's holding, along with Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), stands at 8.50% of the total share capital.
