Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings Ltd has authorized its Key Managerial Personnels (KMPs) to determine the materiality of events and make necessary disclosures to stock exchanges as per SEBI regulations. The authorized personnel include Mr. Anish Choudhury (Managing Director), Mr. Ganesh Gupta (Chief Financial Officer), and Ms. Priti Todi (Company Secretary & Compliance Officer).
