The transaction is considered a related party transaction but is conducted at arm's length. VVLPL's total income for FY26 was ₹0.25 lakhs, with revenues of ₹0.13 lakhs in FY25 and nil in FY24. The investment does not alter Texmaco's 100% shareholding in VVLPL.
