Texmaco Promoters Complete Inter-se Share Transfer

Zuari International Limited (Seller) has transferred 1,28,10,900 equity shares of Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings Limited (TIHL) to Zuari Industries Limited (Acquirer) via an inter-se transfer within promoters. This transaction, conducted as a block deal on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, resulted in Zuari International Limited's shareholding decreasing from 10.05% to 0.00%, while Zuari Industries Limited's holding increased accordingly. The total share capital of TIHL remains unchanged at 12,74,26,590 equity shares.
