Zuari Industries Purchases 1.28 Cr Texmaco Shares

Zuari Industries Limited, a promoter of Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings Ltd, has purchased 1,28,10,900 equity shares. This transaction represents a significant increase in their holding from 20.78% to 30.83%. The purchase was executed via an inter-se transfer of equity shares through a block deal mechanism. The total value of the transaction, inclusive of charges, was ₹1,47,96,05,468. This disclosure is made in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
