Texmaco Infrastructure to hold 86th AGM on Sep 14, 2026

Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings Ltd has announced its 86th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. IST via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. The meeting will consider and adopt the standalone and consolidated audited financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and decide on dividend declaration. The AGM will also address the re-appointment of a director retiring by rotation and ratify the remuneration of cost auditors for FY 2027. Additionally, shareholders will vote on adopting a new Memorandum of Association aligned with the Companies Act, 2013. The record date for dividend eligibility is September 7, 2026.
