Thacker & Co.: Manager Re-appointed, Articles Altered for Buyback

Thacker & Company Ltd announced that its members have approved key resolutions via postal ballot. Mr. Raju R. Adhia has been re-appointed as the Manager of the Company. Additionally, the Articles of Association have been altered to include an enabling provision for the company to buy back its own securities, subject to regulatory compliance. The company also approved the appointment of M/s. V K Beswal & Associates as Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy. The voting results and scrutinizer's report are being submitted separately.
