Thacker & Co. Appoints V K Beswal & Associates as Statutory Auditors

Thacker & Company Ltd announced that its members have approved the re-appointment of Mr. Raju R. Adhia as Manager and the alteration of Articles of Association to enable buy-back of securities. Additionally, M/s. V K Beswal & Associates have been appointed as Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of the previous auditor. The appointment of the new auditors is effective from October 22, 2026, until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting. The company also disclosed the insertion of a new Article 63A in its Articles of Association, authorizing buy-back of its own securities.
