Coforge Appoints Price Waterhouse as Statutory Auditors

Coforge Limited's Board of Directors has approved the appointment of M/s. Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP as the new Statutory Auditors. This appointment, recommended by the Audit Committee, is for a term of five years, commencing from the conclusion of the 35th AGM in 2027 until the conclusion of the 40th AGM in 2032. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval and other regulatory requirements. The current auditors, S R Batliboi & Associates LLP, will continue their services until the 35th AGM in 2027. Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP is a well-established firm with extensive experience in auditing listed companies.
