Thangamayil Jewellery Ltd: 26th AGM Held, Poll Ordered on Resolutions

Thangamayil Jewellery Ltd conducted its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today at Madurai. The Chairman ordered a poll on all resolutions from Item Nos. 01 to 08. This poll was conducted to allow shareholders and proxy holders who attended the AGM and did not e-vote to cast their votes proportionally to their shareholding. The meeting, which ran from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., included voting via ballot at the AGM and remote e-voting from July 26th to July 28th, 2026. Detailed voting results will be submitted separately upon declaration, as per SEBI regulations.
