Anup Engineering AGM on Aug 25, FY26 Annual Report Released

The Anup Engineering Ltd has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 02:00 P.M. IST, to be conducted via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. The company has released its Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, along with the Notice of AGM, which is being disseminated to members electronically. Key highlights from the Managing Director's message include successful forays into Critical Equipment, Nuclear, Thermal Power, Clean Energy Storage, and Skids businesses. The company has also completed phase 2 expansion at Kheda, increasing annual capacity to 8000MT and a revenue capacity of ₹400-450 Cr, with total group capacity reaching ₹1200 Cr.
