The Byke Hospitality Limited has announced the signing of Agreements/Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for three new properties, signaling expansion. These include 'The Byke Astara Club Resort' in Nashik with 30 keys in villas and 48 in suite apartments, a property on Sahar Road, Mumbai, with 59 keys, and another in Borivali East, Mumbai, with 49 keys. Concurrently, the company is optimizing its asset allocation by ceasing operations at five existing properties: The Byke- Chandigarh House-Bhopal, The Byke Om Celebration- Bhopal, The Byke Signature Planet- Indore, The Byke Hotel Skylark Seafront- Dapoli, and The Byke- Nature Villas- Shimla. This strategic move aims to consolidate business operations and focus on high-yield revenue centers.
