Hi-Tech Gears Appoints Manoj Kumar Saxena as Senior Management Personnel

The Hi-Tech Gears Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Manoj Kumar Saxena as Senior Management Personnel (SMP), designated as Vice President - Operations Transformation, Strategy & Special Projects, effective August 06, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and appointed a scrutinizer for the upcoming 40th Annual General Meeting. Additionally, the re-appointment of Mr. Rajiv Batra as Non-Executive Independent Director and the continuation of Mr. Bidadi Anjani Kumar as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director beyond 75 years were approved, subject to shareholder consent.
