Hi-Tech Gears Sets Sept 15 Record Date for ₹4 Dividend

The Hi-Tech Gears Ltd has announced September 15, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility for a dividend of ₹4 per equity share (40%) for the financial year 2025-26. This dividend is subject to declaration at the upcoming 40th Annual General Meeting. The same date, September 15, 2026, has also been fixed as the cut-off date for shareholders eligible to cast their votes at the 40th AGM.
