Phosphate Company Ltd FY26 Revenue Up 8% to ₹149.17 Cr, PAT Up 31%

The Phosphate Company Ltd has released its Annual Report for FY2025-26, coinciding with the Notice of its Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 23, 2026. The company reported a robust financial performance, with Gross Revenue increasing by 8% to ₹149.17 Cr and Profit After Tax (PAT) surging by 31% to ₹4.52 Cr. EBITDA also saw a significant rise of 21% to ₹10.56 Cr. The company attributes this growth to disciplined procurement, efficient manufacturing, and sustained market demand, further bolstered by favorable monsoon conditions and improved market realizations. Production of Green Single Super Phosphate (GSSP) fertilizer increased by 3% YoY to 75,890 MT, with sales growing over 6% to 77,458 MT. The company also expanded its product portfolio under the SAMADHAN brand, introducing Specialty Nutrient, Crop Protection Chemicals, and Seeds, and began marketing imported Di-Ammonium Phosphate (DAP). A dividend of 20% (₹2.00 per share) is recommended for approval.
