Shrimangala Khaitan and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) have disclosed an inter-se transfer of shares within the promoter group of The Phosphate Company Ltd. The disclosure, made under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, details a transaction involving 36,000 shares. Following the transfer, Shrimangala Khaitan's direct shareholding increased, while the total promoter group holding remains substantial. The total equity share capital of the company is Rs. 3,60,74,800.
