Phosphate Company sets Sep 16 record date for FY26 dividend

The Phosphate Company Ltd has announced September 16, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholders eligible to receive a final dividend of 20% (Rs. 2 per equity share) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This dividend is subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 23, 2026. The AGM will also address the adoption of financial statements, the re-appointment of a director, the continuation of an independent director, and the ratification of cost auditor remuneration. E-voting for the AGM will be open from September 20 to September 22, 2026.
