Ramco Cements Disposes Non-Core Assets Worth ₹1,106.47 Cr

The Ramco Cements Ltd has announced the disposal of non-core assets, realizing a total value of ₹1,106.47 crores. This includes an initial monetization of ₹1,080.82 crores, followed by a further realization of ₹25.65 crores. The company had previously proposed to dispose of assets worth approximately ₹200 crores and had a target value of about ₹1,000 crores for non-core asset disposals. The disposals crossing the materiality limit were finalized on August 4th, 2026.
