Themis Medicare Promoter Pledges 25 Lakh Shares

Vividhmargi Investments Private Limited, a promoter of Themis Medicare Limited, has disclosed the encumbrance of 25,00,000 equity shares (4.05% of promoter holding) through a pledge. This pledge was created on October 27, 2026, in favor of CTL Trusteeship Limited, acting as Debenture Trustee for NCDs issued by OSS Software Solutions Labs Private Limited. The value of the encumbered shares at the time of the event was approximately ₹23.80 Crore, against an amount involved of ₹135 Crore. The end use of the borrowed funds is stated as personal use by promoters and PACs.
