Themis Medicare Promoter Pledges 25 Lakh Shares for NCDs

Vividhmargi Investments Pvt Ltd, a promoter of Themis Medicare Limited, has disclosed the pledge of 25,00,000 equity shares (representing 4.05% of promoter holding and 2.71% of total share capital) on October 27, 2026. This pledge is in favor of CTL Trusteeship Limited, acting as Debenture Trustee, in relation to Unrated, Unlisted, Secured, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures issued by OSS Software Solutions Labs Private Limited. The total amount involved against which shares have been encumbered is ₹135 Crore, with the value of shares on the date of the event being ₹23.80 Crore. The end use of the borrowed funds is for personal use by promoters and PACs.
