UVS Hospitality Appoints New CFO, Two Independent Directors

UVS Hospitality and Services Ltd announced a significant management change following its Board of Directors meeting on October 9, 2026. The company approved the resignation of Mr. Deepak Kumbhar as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective the same day. Concurrently, Mr. David Machado has been appointed as the new CFO and KMP. The board also appointed Ms. Rupal Pandey and Mr. Siddharth Salunke as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Both new directors have provided declarations of independence.
