UVS Hospitality Appoints Two Independent Directors, New CFO

UVS Hospitality and Services Ltd announced significant management changes following a Board of Directors meeting on October 9, 2026. The company appointed Ms. Rupal Pandey and Mr. Siddharth Salunke as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors for a five-year term, subject to member approval. Concurrently, Mr. Deepak Kumbhar resigned as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). Mr. David Machado has been appointed as the new CFO and KMP, effective the same date.
