Comfort Securities Acquires 2.7% Stake in Three M Paper Boards

Comfort Securities Limited has disclosed its acquisition of 5,20,000 equity shares, representing 2.7% of the total share capital, in Three M Paper Boards Limited through open market transactions. Prior to this acquisition, Comfort Securities held 4.79% of the company's shares. Following the transaction, their total holding increased to 14,42,000 shares, constituting 7.49% of the total equity. The total equity share capital of Three M Paper Boards Limited remains at 1,92,37,360 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
