Thyrocare Appoints Price Waterhouse as New Statutory Auditors

Thyrocare Technologies Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP as its new Statutory Auditors. This decision was approved by the company's members at the 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on June 30, 2026. The new auditors will serve for a term of five consecutive years, from the conclusion of the 26th AGM until the conclusion of the 31st AGM in 2031. The previous auditors, M/s. M S K A & Associates LLP, completed their first term. The company expressed appreciation for their contributions.
