Thyrocare Promoter Docon Releases Pledge on 1.75 Cr Shares

Docon Technologies Pvt Ltd, a promoter of Thyrocare Technologies Ltd, has announced the release of a pledge on 1,75,00,000 equity shares. These shares, representing approximately 10.99% of Thyrocare's equity capital, were pledged in favor of Catalyst Trusteeship Limited, acting as Debenture Trustee for Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) issued by API Holdings Limited, Docon's holding company. The release, effective August 11, 2026, reduces the encumbered shares held by Docon. The outstanding principal amount of the NCDs is INR 10,500 million. This disclosure is made under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
