Thyrocare: Pledge on 1.75 Cr Shares Released by Promoter Docon

Docon Technologies Pvt Ltd, a promoter of Thyrocare Technologies Ltd, has announced the release of a pledge on 1,75,00,000 equity shares. These shares, representing approximately 1.09% of the total equity, were previously encumbered in favor of Catalyst Trusteeship Limited, acting as Debenture Trustee for Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) issued by API Holdings Limited, Docon's holding company. The outstanding principal amount of these NCDs is INR 10,500 million. This release of pledge, effective August 11, 2026, alters the encumbered shareholding of Docon.
