Tijaria Polypipes Appoints New Statutory Auditors

Tijaria Polypipes Ltd announced the outcome of its board meeting held on July 9, 2026. The board approved the appointment of Pramod & Associates as Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Amit Ramakant & Company. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 20th Annual General Meeting. Additionally, the board approved the appointment of an Internal Auditor, the notice for the 20th AGM, the annual report, and appointed a scrutinizer for the e-voting process. Ms. Vishakha Saini was also appointed as a Non-Executive, Independent Director.
