Tijaria Polypipes Board Meeting July 9 to Approve Auditors, AGM Report

Tijaria Polypipes Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for July 9, 2026. The agenda includes considering and approving the appointment of Pramod & Associates as Statutory Auditors for FY 2026-2027, replacing Amit Ramakant & Company. The board will also discuss the appointment of an Internal Auditor and their remuneration. Additionally, the meeting will focus on approving the Notice of the 20th Annual General Meeting, the Annual Report, Board Report, and all annexures.
