Tijaria Polypipes Closes Trading Window for Q1 FY27 Results

Tijaria Polypipes Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the window will be shut from Wednesday, July 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are declared. This restriction applies to Directors, KMPs, Promoters, Promoters Group, and Designated Persons.
