Tilaknagar Industries: Minuzeer Bamboat Assigned Additional Role

Tilaknagar Industries Ltd has announced a change in the designation of its Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) and Senior Management Personnel (SMP). Mr. Minuzeer Bamboat, who currently serves as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer & Head – Legal, has been assigned the additional responsibility of National Finance Controller. This change is effective from October 12, 2026, following the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval by the Board of Directors via a circular resolution. Mr. Bamboat is a qualified Company Secretary and Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in accounting, tax, and secretarial functions, and has been with the company for 17 years.
