Fratelli Vineyards Limited has voluntarily decided to delist its equity shares from the Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited (CSE) with effect from 24th February 2026. The decision comes after the CSE granted its approval for the delisting under the SEBI (De-listing of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2021.
