Fratelli Vineyards: Promoter Bhupinder Sekhri Acquires 20.79% Stake

Fratelli Vineyards Limited has received a disclosure under SEBI SAST Regulations, 2011, regarding the acquisition of 90,36,779 equity shares by Bhupinder Kumar Sekhri, a promoter. The acquisition, representing 20.79% of the total shareholding, was made through an off-market inter-se transfer by way of gift from members of the Promoter and Promoter Group, without any consideration. Following this transaction, Bhupinder Kumar Sekhri's total holding in the company increased to 92,66,443 equity shares, constituting 21.32% of the total equity.
