Titan Appoints Price Waterhouse as Statutory Auditor for 5 Years

Titan Company Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP as its new Statutory Auditors. This appointment, approved by the Board of Directors based on the Audit Committee's recommendation, is for a term of five years, commencing from the conclusion of the 43rd AGM in 2027 until the conclusion of the 48th AGM in 2032. The current auditors, M/s B S R & Co., LLP, will continue their services until the conclusion of the 43rd AGM in 2027, completing their second consecutive five-year term. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval and other statutory requirements.
